Pest Treatment. You shall not allow conditions to exist that, in the opinion of Student Housing and Community Services, may encourage the infestation or propagation of insects, rodents or other vermin. You are required to promptly report the presence or suspected presence of pests (including bedbugs) in your accommodation to Student Housing and Community Services. In accordance with section 1.23, personnel authorized by the University may enter your accommodation, without notice and without your presence, to inspect for pests. Should, in the opinion of Student Housing and Community Services, treatment be required, you will be required to comply with the prescribed treatment methods and protocol which may include preparing you accommodation for scheduled treatment. This may include relocation (note section 1.07), cleaning and/or removal and disposal of furnishings or personal possessions. In such an event you shall not be reimbursed by the University for any disruption, relocation, loss or loss of use of personal possessions or furnishings. Should you fail to prepare your accommodation for treatment in accordance with instructions from the University, or otherwise fail to follow the University’s directions regarding pest treatment, you may be held responsible for the cost of rescheduled or additional treatments of your accommodation, or of other portions of the residence property.

Residents are required to report the presence or suspected presence of pests in their Accommodation to Residence Services. Pest Treatment. In the event that insects or other pests are detected in your room, you are required to follow the instructions and recommendations provided by management and/or pest control professionals. This may include discarding bedding and other possibly infested personal items, and washing items in a prescribed manner. In the case of bed bugs or other non-­‐threatening pests, residents will not be moved to another room.

Pest Treatment. 4.11.a Reporting Procedure If pests are suspected the resident must contact Campus Living immediately. Campus Living will arrange to have the room inspected and treated as soon as possible. To prevent the spread of pests, residents will not be moved to another room during pest treatment. The University is not responsible for the cost of replacing furniture and other personal items damaged as the result of pests. In cases where the room must be treated multiple times and Campus Living suspects negligence on the part of the resident, Campus Living may charge the resident for the cost of pest treatments. Pest Treatment. To Company’s knowledge the Company is in compliance with all statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, orders and regulations of all Governmental Authorities and manufacturer treatments and protocols applicable to it, its business and operations as conducted by it now) relating to the pest control and termite control segment of the business and, except as set forth in Section 3(x) of the Disclosure Schedule, there are no claims pending under any of the Company’s pest control and/or termite warranties or guarantees, nor has the Company received notice of any such claims and to the Company’s knowledge, no such claims are threatened. Except as set forth on Section 3(x) of the Disclosure Schedule, since January 1, 2004, the Company has not received any written communication from any Governmental Authority or manufacturer that alleges that the Company is not in compliance with any applicable statutes, laws, rules or regulations or manufacturer treatments and protocols.

If you allow conditions to exist that encourage the infestation or propagation of insects, rodents or other varmints, you may be responsible for the costs associated with the treatment of these pests. If you suspect an infestation, you are not to remove any belongings from your accommodations until Residence has indicated the prescribed treatment and protocol, as such action on your part may spread the infestation.
Pest Treatment. The Company is in compliance with all statutes, laws, ordinances, rules, orders and regulations of federal, state and local governments and manufacturer treatments and protocols applicable to it, its Business and operations (as conducted by it now) relating to the pest control and termite control segment of the Business and the Company has, except as set forth in Section 3(z) of the Disclosure Schedule, no claims are pending under any of the Company's pest control and/or termite warranties or guarantees, the Company has not received notice of any such claims and to each Seller's knowledge, no such claims are threatened. Except as set forth on Section 3(z) of the Disclosure Schedule, since January 1, 2004, the Company has not received any written communication from any governmental authority or manufacturer that alleges that the Company is not in compliance with any such federal, state or local laws, rules or regulations or manufacturer treatments and protocols.
