Common use of Pertinent Information Clause in Contracts

Pertinent Information. The Board agrees to furnish to the Association upon request all information concerning the financial resources of the District, including, but not limited to: annual financial reports and audits, register of certified personnel, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations, agendas and minutes of all Board meetings, names and addresses of all teachers and regular substitutes, salaries paid thereto and educational background, and such other information as the Association deems necessary.
