The Employer recognizes that workloads can lead to fatigue and a diminished ability, both to identify and to subsequently deal with potentially violent situation(s).

Perth-Huron. (a) An employee is entitled to family medical leave in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this provision.
