PERSONS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. 2.1 The employees covered by this agreement include all academic staff members as designated by the Board of Governors pursuant to the Post-Secondary Learning Act. The Board shall consult with the Association prior to changing the designation of a faculty member/position. As part of this consultation, the Board shall provide the Association with reasons for the proposed change.

PERSONS COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT. In accordance with the certification of the State Labor Relations Board dated January 30, 1974, the City recognizes the Local as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agent for the purpose of negotiating wages, hours, and conditions of employment for all full time employees in position of career Firefighters, EMTs, Paramedics and Lieutenants of the Montpelier Fire Department, excluding the Chief, Deputy Chief, Public Safety Administrative Assistant, Part Time Firefighters and/or EMT’s, Call Force and all other employees. The term "employee" as used henceforth in this contract refers solely to persons in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement.
