Personnel Standards. 14.1 Franchisee agrees to hire, train and supervise Restaurant employees in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Manual. Franchisee shall do everything necessary to ensure that all employees are, at all times during employment in the Restaurant, neat, clean and adequately trained and supervised in connection with the performance of their duties. Franchisee shall also ensure that employees, in the performance of their duties, wear neat, clean and uniform attire as required by the Company in accordance with the Manual.

Personnel Standards. (a) Service Provider’s employees shall be qualified (and if required by applicable law, licensed, certified or registered) and experienced in the functions to which they are assigned and shall meet the requirements of all permits, all applicable laws and the then-current SEF maintenance manuals (to the extent copies of which have been provided to Service Provider by Owner). If requested, Service Provider shall provide to Owner evidence of the competence of such personnel including details of their previous experience and qualifications. If Owner or User reasonably determines an employee of Service Provider to be under-qualified, disruptive, non-cooperative or otherwise undesirable at the Premises, Owner or User may request the immediate removal of such employee from the Premises for any existing or future delivery of the Services and the replacement of such employee with a different employee of Service Provider; provided that Owner or User, as the case may be, will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reasonable notice to Service Provider of the need for such proposed removal. Neither Owner’s or User’s request to Service Provider to remove an employee, nor Service Provider’s removal of an employee following Owner’s or User’s request, shall relieve Service Provider of any of its obligations hereunder or be construed as a waiver by Owner or User of any of its rights under this Agreement.
Personnel Standards. The staff of the Manager shall have clothing that identifies such personnel as the employees of the Manager. The Manager shall provide staffing sufficient to maintain the orderly operations of the Center and the cleanliness of the Center. The City shall provide to Manager the same training opportunities made available to City employees, such as active shooter training, and Manager agrees to provide such training to its employees. The staff of the Manager that interact with patrons of the Center shall have a background check, which is an operating expense of the Center.
Personnel Standards. (a) Manager shall provide and make available as necessary, in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, all labor and professional, supervisory and managerial personnel as are required to perform its services hereunder in accordance with the terms hereof. Such personnel shall be qualified and experienced in the duties to which they are assigned and shall be the employees of Manager or its Affiliates, and their working hours, rates of compensation and all other matters relating to their employment shall be determined solely by Manager. Manager shall retain sole authority, control and responsibility with respect to its employment policy in connection with the performance of its obligations hereunder. A preliminary listing of personnel that Manager anticipates will be necessary to operate, preserve and/or maintain each Facility in its current state of operation or Cold Shutdown as applicable as such state may change from time to time, including function, the number of such positions and the date by which such personnel should be hired, is set forth in Appendix B, it being understood that such listing is non-binding and shall be revised from time to time by Manager in consultation with Owner Agent.
Personnel Standards. Management shall properly control its employees, who shall present a clean, neat, well-groomed and professional appearance at all times, and discharge their duties in a cooperative, courteous and efficient manner. Satisfactory maintenance of these requirements shall be the basis for the continued employment of all employees of Management hereunder. Management shall require all personnel, except non- public contact and managerial employees, to wear visibly on their person, at all times while on duty, a distinctive name tag identifying the individual by name, as an employee of Management and, if appropriate, displaying an employee number or title.
