Personnel Selection Leave. 37.1 Where an employee participates as a candidate in a personnel selection process for a position within the Corporation, he is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which his presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Corporation considers reasonable for him to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
