Common use of Personnel Selection Leave Clause in Contracts

Personnel Selection Leave. Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, for a position within NAV CANADA, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as NAV CANADA considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his or her presence is so required.
