Personnel Selection Leave. Subject to operational requirements, when an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position in the Commission or in the Public Service in the National Capital Region, as defined in the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee’s presence is required for purposes of the selection process.
