PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS. The WCE agrees to adhere to the City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations located on the City’s Intranet website.
PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS. The City’s Personnel Rules and Regulations are available from the City’s Human Resources Department. Where the Personnel Rules and Regulations are inconsistent with this MOU, the terms of this MOU shall govern. The City agrees to meet and confer with the Association over any proposed changes to the Personnel Rules and Regulations which pertain to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment, as required by the MMBA.
PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS. The City and the Association met and conferred over a revision to the City’s Rules and Regulations and agreement was reached in October of 1995. Prior to final consideration of any future, proposed amendments to these rules that constitute a change in or impacts wages, hours or terms and conditions of employment, said proposed amendment(s) shall be subject to the provisions of the Xxxxxx-Xxxxxx-Xxxxx (MMB) Act.

PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS. The City and MVCEA incorporate herein by reference the City of Xxxxxx Valley Personnel Rules and Regulations. Both parties acknowledge that all obligations to meet and confer in good faith concerning these Personnel Rules have been discharged and each party waives any further meeting or conferring with respect thereto during the term of this MOU. Nothing herein is intended to limit or restrict the parties from making changes to the Personnel Rules & Regulations during the term of the agreement subject to mutual agreement of the parties.
PERSONNEL RULES & REGULATIONS. Both parties agree to the most updated Personnel Rules and Regulations that exist on July 1, 2011 for the purposes of this agreement, which are available on the City’s intranet website. In the event that conditions appear in both the Rules and Regulations and the MOU, the MOU prevails.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS Xxxxxx agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Landlord (and, if applicable, owner’s Association) that are at any time posted on the Premises or delivered to Tenant. Tenant shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of Tenant do not, disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other tenants of the building or neighbors, or use the Premises for any unlawful purposes, including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs or other contraband, or violate any law or ordinance, or committing a waste or nuisance on or about the Premises.

  • Safety Rules 5.01 The safety rules of the State having jurisdiction shall be observed by the parties hereto. It is recognized that the Employer has the exclusive responsibility for providing a safe and healthful workplace. To assist the Employer in maintaining an effective and continuing safety program, a permanent Joint Safety Committee shall be established, consisting of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Employers, who shall meet at regular times to administer educational instructions, investigate serious accidents, and to draft appropriate safety rules. Such rules as adopted by this committee, shall become a part of this Agreement.

  • Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act The following clauses apply to any Federal-aid construction contract in an amount in excess of $100,000 and subject to the overtime provisions of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. These clauses shall be inserted in addition to the clauses required by 29 CFR 5.5(a) or 29 CFR 4.6. As used in this paragraph, the terms laborers and mechanics include watchmen and guards.
