Personnel Requirements. A. The Contractor shall identify a primary contact person with whom the Contract Administrator may consult with regarding contract performance throughout the entire life of the contract. The Contractor shall provide a working phone number and e-mail address for this person. This person shall be reachable at all times during standard business hours. The list must be submitted within ten (10) business days of contract award. The primary contact person shall be available to make decision on behalf of the Contractor including, but not limited to, changes in service and schedule.
