Personnel Manuals. A. The Agency agrees to provide in each Sector Headquarters an up-to-date copy of the Service Administrative Manual and an up-to-date copy of the Federal Personnel Manual. Where Administrative Manuals are presently provided (including stations), the manuals will be readily accessible to all employees and the Union, consistent with reasonable security concerns.
Personnel Manuals. All Offered Employee data necessary to administer the Employee Benefit Plans is in the possession and control of the Vendor and has been made available to the Purchaser and is complete and accurate.

  • Personnel Matters 7.1 Verbal or written complaints regarding an employee made to any member of the Administration by any parent, student or other person which is to be placed in any personnel file or which may be used to evaluate or discipline an employee shall be promptly investigated.
