Personnel Clearance. All personnel associated with this contract shall have current security investigations relating to the level of IT work being performed (IT-I, IT-II, etc.). These programs/tasks include, as a minimum, contractor personnel having the appropriate clearances required for access to classified data as applicable. Prior to starting work on the task, contractor personnel shall have the required clearance granted by the Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF) and shall comply with IT access authorization requirements. In addition, contractor personnel shall possess the appropriate IT level of access for the respective task and position assignment as applicable per XxXX 8500.01, DoD Instruction for Cybersecurity. Any future revision to the respective directive and instruction will be applied to the TO level. Contractor personnel shall handle and safeguard any CUI and/or classified information in accordance with appropriate Department of Defense, Navy, and GCSS-MC PMO security regulations. The Contractor shall immediately report any security violation to the GCSS-MC PMO Security Management Office, the COR, and Government Project Manager. The Contractor shall notify the Government (written notice) within twenty-four hours of any contractor personnel added or removed from the contract that have been granted access to IT Systems, issued a Common Access Card and/or MCSC Building badge/access.

  • Personnel Actions Wages, working conditions, and employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel actions of every type, including hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, and termination, shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. The following procedures shall be followed:

  • Interstate Educational Personnel Contracts 1. The designated state official of a party state may make 1 or more contracts on behalf of his state with 1 or more other party states providing for the acceptance of educational personnel. Any such contract for the period of its duration shall be applicable to and binding on the states whose designated state officials enter into it, and the subdivisions of those states, with the same force and effect as if incorporated in this agreement. A designated state official may enter into a contract pursuant to this article only with states in which he finds that there are programs of education, certification standards or other acceptable qualifications that assure preparation or qualification of educational personnel on a basis sufficiently comparable, even though not identical to that prevailing in his own state.

  • Personnel Policy Employees of the Parties to this Agreement shall be subject to the personnel rules, laws and regulations of their respective agencies, unless they are employed temporarily by another Party to this Agreement and the authority under which such temporary employment is authorized provides that such employees shall be subject to the employing Party’s personnel laws and regulations.

  • Personnel Changes The Contractor may remove its personnel assigned to perform under this Contract and substitute other qualified personnel. Any removals or replacements by Contractor shall be at no additional cost to the Department.

  • Personnel Rules The County and Association agree to meet and confer on personnel rule changes through a joint labor management committee including all County labor organizations.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Personnel Controls The County Department/Agency agrees to advise County Workers who have access to Pll, of the confidentiality of the information, the safeguards required to protect the information, and the civil and criminal sanctions for non- compliance contained in applicable federal and state laws. For that purpose, the County Department/Agency shall implement the following personnel controls:

  • Labor-Management Cooperation When an Appointing Authority initiates a planning process or management study which is anticipated to result in layoff, the Appointing Authority will meet and confer with the Local Union during the decision planning phase and again during the implementation planning phase. The Appointing Authority and the Local Union shall enter into negotiations regarding a Memoranda of Understanding upon request of either party to modify this Agreement regarding the implementation plans which shall include, but are not limited to, the following: • Length of layoff notice; • Job and retraining opportunities; • Alternative placement methods; • Early retirement options pursuant to M.S. 43A.24, Subd. 2(i); • Bumping/vacancy options for part-time employees to preserve their insurance eligibility or contribution; and • Other methods of mitigating layoff or their effect on employees.

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.

  • Personnel Selection Leave 35.6.1 Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process for a position in the Public Service, as defined in the Financial Administration Act, the Council shall grant leave of absence with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Council considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
