SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL All supervisors and foremen shall be excluded from the bargaining unit and will not perform any work which falls within the scope of this Agreement. When supervisors and foremen are appointed, a notice to that effect will be posted and maintained on a bulletin board.
Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.
Personnel Actions Wages, working conditions, and employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel actions of every type, including hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, and termination, shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.
DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. Training and Professional Development C. Maintain written program procedures covering these six (6) core activities. All procedures shall be consistent with the requirements of this Contract.

Except for changes to the performance schedule (not including the project’s completion date), the designated project representatives shall have no authority to make promises or binding obligations on behalf of the Authority, as such authority rests with the duly authorized persons executing this Agreement.

Health and Safety Representatives 58.1 The Employer and its Employees will comply with Part 7 of the OHS Act – Representation of Employees in relation to the establishment of designated work groups and the election of Health and Safety Representatives.
