Personalized Card. You will automatically receive a Personalized Card in the mail typically within seven to ten (7-10) business days after opening your Account. You may activate your Personalized Card by calling the telephone number on the back of the Card or by logging into your account in the Mobile App (see section below entitled “How to Contact Us”).

Personalized Card. You will automatically receive a Personalized Card in the mail typically within seven to ten (7-10) business days after opening your Account. Upon activation of your Personalized Card, your Temporary Card will be disabled. Please destroy your Temporary Card after you have successfully activated your Personalized Card. Note: We may refuse, at our option, to issue or allow activation of a Personalized Card for any reason, including but not limited to situations where the Temporary Card has been reported lost or stolen or we suspect possible fraudulent activity on your Account.

Personalized Card. In the event your Card Account is canceled, closed, or terminated for any reason, so long as you used your Card Account in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, you will be charged a Close Account Fee, which will be deducted from the remaining balance before you get any unused balance returned to you via a check to the mailing address we have in our records. All fee amounts will be withdrawn from your Card Account and will be assessed as long as there is a remaining balance on your Card Account except where prohibited by law. Anytime your remaining Card Account balance is less than the fee amount being assessed, the balance of your Card Account will be applied to the fee amount resulting in a zero balance on your Card Account.

If you are a party to an ACH entry, you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") Operating Rules and Guidelines (collectively, the “NACHA Rules”), the rules of any local ACH, and the rules of any other system through which the entry is made. Provisional Payment. Credit we give you with respect to an ACH credit entry is provisional until we receive final settlement for that entry through a Federal Reserve Bank. If we do not receive final settlement, you agree that we are entitled to a refund of the amount credited to you in connection with the entry, and the party making the payment to you via such entry (i.e., the originator of the entry) shall not be deemed to have paid you in the amount of such entry. Notice of Receipt. Under the NACHA Rules, which are applicable to ACH transactions involving your Card Account, we are not required to give next day notice to you of receipt of ACH item and we will not do so. However, we will continue to notify you of the receipt of payments in the account transaction history made available to you. You may also use the Mobile Cashed Check Load service offered by Ingo Money, Inc. (a third-party service provider) to load funds from eligible cashed checks to your Card using your mobile device. Even though we may allow use of the Mobile Cashed Check Load service to add money to your Card, we do not provide this service and are not responsible for any service-related issues. To use this service, you must to agree to the terms and conditions the service provider establishes from time to time. Although we do not charge any fees in connection with Mobile Cashed Check Loads, the service provider providing such service may charge a fee depending on the funding option you select. For ATM transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. The following limitations on ATM Card transactions may apply: - There is no limit on the number of cash withdrawals you may make in any one (1) day. - You may withdraw up to a maximum of $500.00 in any one (1) day, if there are sufficient funds in your account. - There is no limit on the number of POS transactions you may make in any one (1) day. - For security purposes, there are other limits on the frequency and amount of transfers available at ATMs. - You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
