Personal Vehicle Usage. Any faculty member who is required to use her/his own personal vehicle for a work-related purpose will be reimbursed in accordance with College policy and State requirements.

Where there is agreement between the members of the joint subcommittee to make recommendations to amend the collective agreement, the parties will consider the proposed recommendations and if mutually acceptable, with or without amendments, shall implement the proposed recommendations. Personal Vehicle Usage. A. An employee who is authorized in compliance with County policy to operate their personal vehicle for County business, and who is requested and voluntarily agrees to use his/her personal vehicle if available for authorized County business, shall be reimbursed at the established County rate per mile or applicable state rate, whichever is greater, and in accordance with County policy for use of said personal vehicle.
Personal Vehicle Usage. The Employer has sole discretion to determine if an Employee's personal truck (excluding welding rigs) will be rented or if the Employer will provide the Employee transportation from the Assembly Point to the Employee's work location. In order to receive truck rental payments, the Employee must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and sign a truck rental agreement. The Employee must also satisfy a driving records check and comply with all driver/safety policies. Upon execution of a truck rental agreement, the Employee shall receive a minimum rental payment of $65.00 per day. Under no circumstances will truck rental payments be paid if the Employer does not use the Employee's truck for transportation from the Assembly Point to the Employee's work location or other business purpose. This paragraph is not intended in any way to obligate an Employee to use their personal vehicle in lieu of Employer provided transportation as provided for in this Agreement.
Personal Vehicle Usage a. The Borough may provide vehicles necessary to conduct official Borough business, in lieu of providing a monthly car allowance. The Borough shall give current employees receiving a car allowance (as of July 1, 2004) a minimum of six (6) months notice prior to providing each with a vehicle. Vehicles furnished by the Borough shall be four wheel drive and/or all wheel drive. Prior to developing an RFP for the purchase of vehicles, the Borough will meet with the users to gather vehicle information and specifications for employees to perform their jobs safely.
Personal Vehicle Usage. No Employee in the Clerical or Technical Units shall be required to use their personal vehicle in the performance of their work duties for the Employer. When an Employee, at their option, volunteers’ usage of their vehicle, the Employer shall compensate the Employee for the use of said vehicle at the IRS approved rate adopted by the County Board of Supervisors.
Personal Vehicle Usage. Any faculty member who uses her/his own personal vehicle for transportation to and from a facility that is being used for institutional or related academic activities shall be compensated in accordance with applicable statutes provided the policy regarding use of District vehicles has been followed.
Personal Vehicle Usage. Employees using their own vehicles to travel on Hospital business shall be paid at the current hospital rate. No employee shall be required to transport a patient(s) in their own personal vehicle. The use of privately owned automobiles to carry out the Hospital’s business shall not be a condition of employment.
Personal Vehicle Usage. Employees requested to use their cars for the convenience of the Contractor shall be reimbursed at the rate of $0.52 ($0.53 May 1, 2017, $0.54 May 1, 2018) per kilometer, and shall also be reimbursed for parking fees paid out during such periods. In addition to the Employee's tools, the amount of materials and equipment carried in the Employee's car shall be limited to what can be carried in a normal size tool hand box.
