Personal Transfers. Making a Personal Transfers to another Goldmoney User by transferring title in Gold to that user as the exclusive payment method is free (“Personal Transfer”). A Vault-to-Vault transfer, transferring Gold from one vault location to another incurs a fee of 0.5% of the transfer amount. Purchasing Gold using your credit card as the payment method may incur a service fee for processing. Personal Transfers may not be made to recipients in certain countries (as determined by Goldmoney in its discretion from time to time). For the avoidance of doubt, the Goldmoney Business Account and Verified Account protections do not apply to personal transfers. The buyer protections are only available to Goldmoney Personal Verified Accounts and seller protections are available only to Goldmoney Business Account holders.

Personal Transfers. Any employee may request a transfer from one shift to another or one station to another within the Operations Division. All such requests shall be in writing with a copy to the FOP. Requests for transfer may be granted only for compelling personal reasons or inability to adequately perform assigned duties. Requests for transfer shall be granted provided there is a vacant position as determined by the City, available or another employee will consent to trade shift or station assignment with· the employee requesting the transfer and the employee is capable of performing the assigned duties of the new shift or station. In the event that more requests are received than may be accommodated, preference in granting such . transfers shall be based on length of continuous service. For this reason, Xxxx suggests that you transmit any instructions to Bank sufficiently in advance of such Cutoff Times to eliminate the possibility of missing the Cutoff Time. All outgoing transfers are assumed to be Next Day. Money being transferred is taken out of the Bank Transfer From account on the Business Day that the transfer is requested, assuming all funds are available. Transfers between deposit accounts held by Bank and an External Account that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will begin processing on the same day. Transfers to an External Account will be deducted from your Transfer From account held by Bank on the Transfer On date and will usually be reflected in your External Account on the next Business Day. However, the receiving bank’s processing policies and guidelines still apply and may not allow for same day availability. Transfers from External Accounts are subject to the processing times of the financial institution holding your External Account. Instructions for transfers from External Accounts that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will be sent to the holder of your External Account on the same day for processing. Transfer instructions relating to External Accounts and the transmission and issuance of data related to such instructions shall be received pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") and the applicable automated clearing house ("Regional ACH") (collectively, the "Rules") and you and Bank agree to be bound by such Rules as in effect from time to time. In accordance with such Rules, any credit to your deposit account held by Bank or your External Account shall be provisional until such credit has been finally settled by Bank or the third party institution which holds your External Account, as the case may be. You acknowledge that you have received notice of this requirement and of the fact that if Bank does not receive final settlement for a transfer for any reason, Bank shall charge back the amount of such transfer to the Transfer To or Transfer From account (as applicable) or any other of your accounts or claim a refund from you.

  • Permitted Transfers The provisions of Section 8.1 shall not apply to (a) a transfer or an assignment of this Lease in connection with the sale of substantially all the original Tenant’s assets if: (I) such sale of assets occurs on an arms’-length basis, to an unrelated third party, and is for a bona fide business purpose and not primarily to transfer Tenant’s interest in this Lease; and (II) upon the consummation of the transfer or assignment, the transferee or assignee is, in the sole, but reasonable determination of Landlord (and its lender, if applicable), capable of satisfying all of Tenant’s obligations hereunder; (b) an assignment of this Lease to a successor to Tenant by merger, consolidation, reorganization or similar corporate restructuring or to an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Tenant; or (c) a subletting of the Premises or any part thereof. In the case of an assignment or sublease that is expressly permitted pursuant to (a) or (c) of this Section 8.3, Tenant shall nevertheless be required to provide Landlord with notice of such assignment or sublease and a true and complete copy of the fully-executed documentation pursuant to which the assignment or sublease, as applicable, has been effectuated within ten (10) business days after the effective date of such assignment or sublease. Any permitted transferee under (a) of this Section 8.3 shall execute and deliver to Landlord any and all documentation reasonably required by Landlord in order to evidence assignee’s assumption of all obligations of Tenant hereunder and to evidence the assignee’s compliance (or ability to comply) with (a)(II) above. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 8.3, in no event may Tenant assign, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease this Lease to any entity whatsoever if, at the time of such assignment, mortgage, transfer, pledge or sublease, a Default has occurred and remains continuing under this Lease.

  • Data Transfers You acknowledge and agree that we may access and Process Personal Data on a global basis as necessary to provide the Subscription Service in accordance with the Agreement, and in particular that Personal Data may be transferred to and Processed by HubSpot, Inc. in the United States and to other jurisdictions where HubSpot Affiliates and Sub-Processors have operations. Wherever Personal Data is transferred outside its country of origin, each party will ensure such transfers are made in compliance with the requirements of Data Protection Laws.
