Personal Time Off. Executive shall be entitled to four weeks (20 business days) of paid time off (“PTO”) each year (or such greater annual number of days allowed under Employer’s PTO policy) which shall be taken in accordance with Employer’s PTO Policy.
Personal Time Off. Executive shall earn personal time off during the term of his employment in accordance with the Company’s policies regarding paid time off that are applicable to the Company’s executive officers.

Personal time-off shall be taken during a period or periods mutually satisfactory to both the Company and the Executive.

Personal Time Off. Executive shall receive a combined total of thirty (30) days’ paid vacation and holidays each year during the Term, to be taken in increments of two weeks or less. Up to ten (10) days of vacation or holiday time not used during any calendar year of the Term will be carried forward to the next calendar year only, and any unused balance remaining after the carryover year will be forfeited. In no event will the Company or any Affiliate have any obligation to pay Executive for any unused vacation or holiday time not used.
