Personal Service Contracts. 17. Advance Payment. DSHS shall not make any payments in advance or anticipation of the delivery of services to be provided pursuant to this Contract.
Personal Service Contracts. The Employer agrees that any Personal Service Contract entered into between the Employer and the employee for work performed under this Agreement shall provide that all of the applicable provisions of this Agreement between the Employer and the Union shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and made a part of the Personal Service Contract.

The Employer agrees to enter into a personal service contract covering the employment of musicians for each picture for which the Employer requires the services of such musicians. This contract shall be executed between the Employer and the contracting member, who may be designated as orchestra manager, leader, contractor or composer.
