PERSONAL RELIEF. A specific remedy directly benefiting the grievant(s). A request for disciplinary action against another employee is not a request for personal relief. Failure to request personal relief in a grievance may be grounds for rejecting the grievance.

PERSONAL RELIEF. It is the policy of the Company to enable employees to leave their jobs when necessary for the purpose of personal relief. The manner in which this is accomplished may vary as established by Management for departments or groups. In addition, however, the Company recognizes there are occasions when employees may require emergency relief and, in such cases, Supervision will take whatever steps are necessary to provide such relief. Abuse of such procedures will be subject to control.

During 1993 negotiations, the parties discussed the use of mass relief in the Assembly Room and agreed that the use of such relief practices should be restricted to periods beyond normal absenteeism in order to avoid interruption of operations.

  • Provisional Relief The Parties acknowledge and agree that irreparable damage would occur if certain provisions of this Agreement are not performed in accordance with the terms hereof, that money damages would not be a sufficient remedy for any breach of such provisions of this Agreement, and that the Parties shall be entitled, without the requirement of posting a bond or the other security, to seek a preliminary injunction, temporary restraining order, or other provisional relief as a remedy for a breach of Sections 3.01, 3.02, 3.03, or 9.10 (and, if applicable, Section 4(e) of Exhibit F) in any court of competent jurisdiction, notwithstanding the obligation to submit all other disputes (including all Claims for monetary damages under this Agreement) to arbitration pursuant to Section 10.01.   • Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave 7.3.1 All full time employees shall be entitled to accrue paid personal / carer's leave on the basis of 10 days per year (or pro-rata thereof for any period less than one year). Part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata benefit. Paid personal / carer's leave is cumulative.
