Personal Purchases. Drill sets and indicators may be purchased on a 50/50 basis with the Company, provided the items are required and used at work. An employee who leaves the Company within three (3) years, will reimburse the Company for its equity in an indicator after depreciating it at 10% per year. If an employee’s personal tools are stolen due to a break and enter, the Company will reimburse the employee for the tools stolen in accordance with the personnel file.
Personal Purchases. All staff of KETS customers, including public school staff and students, may purchase from this contract for their personal use. This specifically includes certified teachers as mandated by KRS 156.690. On-site warranty service for personal purchases from this contract will take place at the staff member’s school or district office. Applicable taxes and/or shipping charges may apply to personal purchases.

Personal Purchases. Brand Influencers are not personally required to become a revital U Customer, purchase products, literature or sales aids (i) to become a Brand Influencer, (ii) to receive commissions, bonuses or other remuneration under the revital U Compensation Plan, or

Personal Purchases. At no time may you ring up your own purchases. At no time may you leave the store with merchandise that has not been paid for (including processed employee film). All merchandise to be consumed during your work shift, such as beverages, chips, candy, gum, cigarettes, etc., must be purchased prior to its consumption. You must retain the sales receipt from this purchase until the merchandise has been consumed. Personal purchases must be rung by another employee. The bag of merchandise must be stapled closed with the receipt attached and must be retained in the Manager’s office until the end of your work shift. Merchandise purchased with an employee discount is for the personal consumption of the employee or the employee’s immediate family. Discount cards are to be used only by the employee or the employee’s spouse. The merchandise may not be resold. (Note: interns will not have the employee discount card.)
