Common use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE Clause in Contracts

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE. The Employer will follow all federal, state and local guidelines for infection control with respect to PPE. When infection control guidelines require PPE during work hours, PPE will be provided by the Employer at no expense to the employee. If national shortages in PPE arise, the Employer will follow any amended federal and state guidelines for PPE distribution.
