Personal Property Loss Fund. A. The BOARD agrees to establish a fund of $500.00 to be used in settling claims of teachers for loss or damage to their personal property brought to their work location to be used in their work assignment, if prior written notification has been given to the administrator, or if it is required in a teacher's assignment.

Personal Property Loss Fund. The Board agrees to maintain a Personal Property Loss Fund of $10,000. Guidelines for utilization of the fund shall be in compliance with Board Policies governing such expenditure of funds. Loss or damage to personal property (exclusive of personal vehicle, cash, and tools) during the regular working day is to be covered. The parties further agree to establish, jointly, guidelines for the administration of the Personal Property Loss Fund.

A claim for damage to a personal vehicle must be accompanied by a police report and the incident must have taken place adjacent to or on School Board property while the employee was on official M-DCPS business. Claims for loss or damage to personal property must be submitted within 30 working days of occurrence. Reimbursement for loss or damage to personal property referenced above shall be in the amount of documented actual replacement cost provided, however, such reimbursement shall not exceed the amount of $500.00 per claim. This amount becomes effective following School Board ratification of the 2006-2009 Successor Labor Contract (February 14, 2007) and covers loss or damage to personal property which occur following the ratification date.

  • Personal Property Loss An employee's personal property loss or damage by the action of a client shall be replaced or repaired at the expense of the Employer to a maximum of seven hundred and fifty ($750.00) dollars, subject to integration with one hundred (100%) per cent coverage by Workers' Compensation Board, provided that reasonable proof of the cause of such damage is submitted by the employee concerned within reasonable time of such loss or damage.

  • Property Loss The District shall reimburse employees for loss of personal property, excluding the employee’s automobile, which occurs while the employee is on duty under the following circumstances:

  • Real Property; Personal Property (a) On the Disaffiliation Date, Local Church will have full title and ownership of the Real Property and Personal Property. All insurance policies required in 6 C) and 6 D) above shall: (i) provide for a certificate of insurance evidencing the insurance required herein, being deposited with Lessor ten (10) days prior to the Commencement Date, and upon each renewal, such certificates shall be provided 15 days prior to the expiration date of such coverage, (ii) be in a form reasonably satisfactory to Lessor and shall provide the coverage required by Lessee in this Lease, (iii) be carried with companies with the a Best Rating of A minimum, (iv) specifically provide that such policies shall not be subject to cancellation or reduction of coverage, except after 30 days prior written notice to Lessor, (v) name Lessor, Lessor's lender, and any other party with an insurable interest in the Premises as additional insureds by endorsement to policy, and (vi) shall be primary. Lessee agrees to pay to Lessor, as additional Rent, on demand, the full cost of the insurance policies referenced in 6 A) and 6 B) above as evidenced as insurance xxxxxxxx to Lessor which shall be included in the CAC. If Lessee does not occupy the entire Premises, the insurance premiums shall be allocated to the portion of the Premises occupied by Lessee on a pro-rata square footage or other equitable basis, as determined by Lessor. It is agreed that Lessee's obligation under this paragraph shall be prorated to the reflect the Commencement Date and the end of the Lease Term. Lessor and Lessee hereby waive any rights each may have against the other related to any loss or damage caused to Lessor or Lessee as the case may be, or to the Premises or its contents, and which may arise from any risk covered by fire and extended coverage insurance and those risks required to be covered under Lessee's personal property insurance. The parties shall provide that their respective insurance policies insuring the property or the personal property include a waiver of any right of subrogation which said insurance company may have against Lessor or Lessee, as the case may be.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
