Personal Property Damages. The Employer agrees to replace or repair any articles of personal property of an employee that is damaged or destroyed, including clothing, eye glasses, and dentures, which happened as a result of an incident directly related to such employees carrying out the duties of his/her job, without fault or negligence on the part of such employee.

Personal Property Damages. Subject to a recommendation of the immediate superior and approval by the Superintendent's Council, the Board shall pay an amount not to exceed $500.00 for damage to a Unit II employee's personal property which may be incurred by the employee as a result of a personal assault or student-initiated altercation while on duty. Personal Property Damages. The District shall reimburse employees for any loss, destruction or damage to personal property used in the schools of the District to a maximum amount of $500 per incident. Any personal property damage resulting from use of the property in the schools requiring the replacement or repair of such article(s) shall be reported on the District’s incident report (with claims attached) and be submitted to the Business Office. Reimbursement is not related to insurance company approvals.

  • Personal Property Damage Upon submission of reasonable proof the Employer shall repair or indemnify with respect to damage to the chattels of an employee while on duty caused by the actions of a patient, resident or client provided such personal property is an article of use or wear of a type suitable for use while on duty.

  • Property Damages The User’s guests are required to respect all University property. • Guests may not remodel, alter, tamper with or move furniture, electrical or mechanical fixtures, or other University property. • The User agrees to refrain from the use of adhesives, nails, or items that may damage the premises.   • Property Damage Lessee shall obtain and maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Trade Fixtures, and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property, Trade Fixtures and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

  • Damage to Personal Property The Employer will provide reimbursement for reasonable repair or replacement of damages incurred to the employee's eyeglasses, contact lenses or other prosthesis, ripped uniforms, or personal clothing, as a result of being assaulted while performing his/her work. The employee must report the incident by the end of their shift. The employee will present her or his receipt to the Employer within seven (7) days after the event, unless it was impossible for her or him to do so during this period. The Employer will reimburse up to a maximum of one hundred dollars ($100) per incident except for eyeglasses, which shall have a maximum reimbursement of three hundred dollars ($300).

  • Damage to Property Exhibitor is liable for any damage caused to building floors, walls or columns, or to standard booth equipment, or to other Exhibitor’s property.   • LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY The board will not be responsible for any employee’s loss of personal property brought to a school or work site; however, in the event an employee’s personal property is lost or damaged as a direct result of a disaster, such as hurricane, fire, flood, etc., the board will reimburse the employee’s loss or damage in an amount not to exceed $500 per occurrence. In order for an employee to be eligible for such reimbursement, the personal property for which the employee makes a claim must have been pre-approved for use by the employee in connection with the employee’s duties, as evidenced by a written approval form signed by the employee’s principal or site supervisor and by the employee. In addition to the approval form, the employee must attach to the form proof of the property’s value, i.e. receipt, etc. The employee will be responsible for presenting a copy of the approval form in order to secure payment for loss. The maximum amount an employee may receive for loss in any single occurrence is a total of $500, regardless of the amount or number of items approved for use in connection with the employee’s duties.

  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.
