Personal Property Damage Leave. 16 The District will provide one (1) day of paid leave per incident of damage to a 17 unit member's personal property for the purpose of complying with a subpoena 19 personal property which occurs on school property while the unit member is on 20 duty. The procedures which apply to jury duty leave shall be followed.
