Common use of Personal Necessity Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. Leave that is credited under Section B of this Article may be used, at the employee’s election, for purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year.

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. Leave that which is credited under Section B Paragraph 1 of this Article Personal Illness and Injury Leave may be used, at the employee’s teacher's election, for purposes of personal necessity, ; provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year.

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. 10.3.1 Leave that which is credited under Section B Sections 10.2.1 and 10.2.2 of this Article may be used, used at the employee’s unit member's election, for the purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven six (76) days in any school academic year.

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. 6.3.1 Leave that which is credited under Section B 6.2 of this Article may be used, used at the employeeunit member’s election, election for purposes of personal necessity, provided that the use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year. Leave under this section shall not be accumulative from year to year.

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. 7.3.1 Leave that which is credited under Section B 7.2.1 of this Article may be used, at the employeeunit member’s election, for purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven ten (710) days in any school year.

Leave under this section shall not be accumulative from year to year.

Personal Necessity Leave. 1. 21.8.6.1 Leave that which is credited under Section B subsection 21.8.1 of this Article 21, Illness or Injury Leave, may be used, used at the employee’s election, member's election for purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year.
