Common use of Personal Necessity Leave Clause in Contracts

Personal Necessity Leave. A. Pursuant to Education Code Section 44981, a Unit Member may utilize up to ten (10) days of accumulated sick leave each school year for personal necessity. Such leave shall be taken in either quarter-day, half-day or full-day increments only.
