Personal Necessity Leave. 13.2.1 A maximum of seven (7) days of sick leave may be used by an employee in any school year for personal necessity, for the following purposes:
Personal Necessity Leave. (1) An employee may use his/her accumulated sick leave in cases of personal necessity. Use of sick leave as personal necessity is limited to ten (10) days per fiscal year.

Personal Necessity Leave. An employee may be granted a maximum of seven (7) days leave of absence in any school year without loss of pay, in cases of personal necessity. Such leaves shall be deducted from the employee’s accumulated sick leave.

Personal Necessity Leave. 7.5.1 Each year, up to eighty (80) hours of absence earned for sick leave under section 7.2 of this article may be used by the employee at his/her election in cases of personal necessity on the following basis:
Personal Necessity Leave. 1. Leave that is credited under Section B of this Article may be used, at the employee’s election, for purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed seven (7) days in any school year.
Personal Necessity Leave a. An employee may use, at his/her election, during any school year, not more than their annual allotment of sick leave (10, 11 or 12 days depending upon their work year) as No-tell days. The employee shall not be required to secure advance permission for leave taken for any of the following reasons:
Personal Necessity Leave. (a) A Faculty Member may be absent from duty without loss of pay for duty days, not to exceed seven (7) days in any academic year, for reasons of personal necessity, with such leave charged against earned sick leave.
Personal Necessity Leave. 5.14.1 Leave which is credited under 5.7.1 of this Article may be used, at the contract Unit Member's election, for purposes of personal necessity, provided that use of such personal necessity leave does not exceed six (6) days in any School year.
