Personal Licence. The sole right granted to the Licensee under this Software Licence is the right to use the Software. The Software Licence is personal to the Licensee, for its own internal use, and is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
Personal Licence. 9.1 The Licence is personal to the Licensee and, except as expressly set out in this Agreement, the Licensee shall not assign, sub-license, transfer or dispose of or purport to assign, sub-license, transfer or dispose of the whole or any part thereof.
Personal Licence. A personal licence is a licence used by a single person and includes a personal user account. A personal licence entitles that individual only to use the agreed Service. Group licence. A group licence is a licence used by several individuals simultaneously and includes a shared user account. The maximum number of users is defined in the Agreement. A group licence entitles only the employees of the purchasing organisation to use the agreed Service.
Personal Licence. The Licence is personal to the Buyer and, subject to prior written notice to the Seller by the Buyer of the name, address and identity thereof, Buyer’s affiliates, and is otherwise non-transferable and non-exclusive. The Buyer shall not permit any third party to use ADRES and/or CAATS, nor shall it transfer or sub-licence ADRES and/or CAATS to any third party, without prior written consent from the Seller, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Personal Licence. The PEP Licence described above is granted personally to the buyer on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis.

Personal Licence. The parties acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to the Licensee in this Agreement create a licence personal to the Licensee and shall not in any manner whatsoever constitute a lease, an easement, or any other interest in land.
