Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. Personal jurisdiction and venue for any civil action commenced by either party to this Agreement, whether arising out of or relating to the Agreement or the Fiscal Deposit, is only deemed proper if commenced in District Court for Travis County, Texax, xx the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division. The Subdivider expressly waives any right to bring such an action in or to remove such an action to any other court, whether state or federal.
