PERSONAL INJURY BENEFITS. A. Whenever an administrator is absent from school as a result of bodily injury caused by an accident arising out of and in the course of his/her employment, s/he shall be paid his/her full salary of time less the amount of any workmen's compensation award made for temporary disability due to said injury, and no part of such absence shall be charged to his/her annual or accumulated sick leave.
