Customer agrees to allow transfer of Personal Data outside the country from which it was originally collected provided that such transfer is required in connection with the provision of Services under the Agreement and such transfers take place in accordance with Data Protection Laws, including, without limitation, completing any prior assessments required by Data Protection Laws.
