PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate in order to improve the level of protection of personal data to the highest international standards such as that contained in the UN Guidelines for the Regulation of Computerized Personal Data Files (UN General Assembly Resolution 45/95 of 14 December 1990).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION. 1. The Parties agree to cooperate engage in order to improve this field, with the mutual aim of improving the level of protection of personal data to the highest bearing in mind best international standards practice, such as that contained in the UN United Nations Guidelines for the Regulation of Computerized Personal Data Files (UN General Assembly Resolution 45/95 of 14 December 1990).

The Parties agree to cooperate in order to improve the level of protection of personal data to the highest international standards standards, such as that contained in the UN Guidelines for the Regulation of Computerized Computerised Personal Data Files (UN Files, modified by the General Assembly Resolution 45/95 of 14 the United Nations on December 14th 1990), and to work towards the free movement of personal data between the Parties, with due regard to their domestic legislation.
