Personal Conference. Prior to submitting a Recommendation for Dismissal to the President, the Xxxx and the Academic Vice President shall meet and discuss a draft of the Recommendation for Dismissal with the faculty member. Notification regarding the purpose of this Section 17.3 meeting shall be provided to the faculty member in writing prior to the meeting. The faculty member shall also be notified in writing of the right to have SCEA representation attend the meeting.
Personal Conference. The principal or his/her designee will hold a personal conference with the teacher within ten (10) school days after each formal appraisal. During this time, the appraisal will be discussed by both parties.
