PERSONAL BUSINESS LEAVE DAY. Section 1: The personal business leave shall be used only in situations of urgency, for the purpose of conducting personal business which is impossible to transact on weekends or after school hours. Certain types of family obligations, legal commitments, religious observance, unusual circumstances related to professional growth and emergencies are considered to be justification for the utilization of the personal business policy.

  • Personal Business Leave A. Each teacher shall be granted three (3) days of personal business leave each year to conduct personal business that must be conducted at times that school is in session. Each day shall be granted with the teacher receiving his/her full contract salary. (Rev: 2007)
