Personal Assets. Unless required by state or federal law, no employee shall be required or requested to disclose any item of his property, income, assets, source of income or assets, debts or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of his family or household) unless such information is necessary in an internal investigation with regard to the employee’s assets.
Personal Assets. All tangible personal property, including without limitation, all equipment, materials, dialysis machines, dialysis chairs, home dialysis equipment, computers and related hardware, telecopy and photocopy machines and telecommunications equipment used in the conduct of the Business as more particularly described in Part 4.5(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.

In the event of a Kidnapping, Bodily Injury Extortion, or Property Damage Extortion for Xxxxxx Monies directed against any Insured Person rather than against the Named Insured, cash or marketable goods or services surrendered or to be surrendered by or on behalf of the Insured Person and Covered Expenses of the Insured Person shall be considered cash or marketable goods or services or expenses of the Named Insured provided the loss occurs directly as the result of the Insured Person’s association with the Named Insured and not as the result of such person’s association or position with any other entity.

Absent reasonable cause, the City will not require or request represented officers to disclose any item of their personal property, income, assets, source of income or assets, debts or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of their immediate family or household). The provisions of this Section shall not be applicable if such disclosure is required by subpoena or court order. However, the City will use reasonable discretion in determining how to respond to a subpoena that seeks the disclosure of personal assets of represented officers. If the City in the use of its reasonable discretion determines that it is necessary to disclose personal information about represented officers, the City will give the represented officers advance notice.

Personal Assets. Employee shall remove his personal assets (as described generally in the Disclosure Schedules to the Purchase Agreement) located at Employer’s Greendale, Wisconsin facility by December 31, 2022.

The assets identified as Guarantor’s assets on each financial statement and other document or instrument delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan (including in connection with Lender’s underwriting process) are Guarantor’s sole and separate assets, individually owned by such Guarantor, and do not constitute community property jointly held with any other Person or marital property. No other Person, including Guarantor’s spouse, has any right or interest in such assets and no consent of any other Person, including Guarantor’s spouse, is necessary to make such assets available for satisfaction of all obligations under this Guaranty.
Personal Assets. Procure that all assets owned by the Company but principally employed for the personal use of the Vendor are sold and removed from the Company asset register by the Completion Date.
Personal Assets except as provided in clause 17.2(c), may have full recourse to the personal assets of any trustee.
