Personal Assets. ‌ Unless required by state or federal law, no employee shall be required or requested to disclose any item of his property, income, assets, source of income or assets, debts or personal or domestic expenditures (including those of any member of his family or household) unless such information is necessary in an internal investigation with regard to the employee’s assets.

Personal Assets. All tangible personal property, including without limitation, all equipment, materials, dialysis machines, dialysis chairs, home dialysis equipment, computers and related hardware, telecopy and photocopy machines and telecommunications equipment used in the conduct of the Business as more particularly described in Part 4.5(a) of the Disclosure Schedule.
