Perpetual Care Sample Clauses

The Perpetual Care clause establishes an ongoing obligation to maintain and care for a property, asset, or facility indefinitely. In practice, this often applies to cemeteries, memorial parks, or similar sites, where funds are set aside in a trust to ensure that grounds are regularly maintained, landscaping is kept up, and repairs are made as needed. The core function of this clause is to guarantee that the property remains in good condition for the long term, addressing concerns about neglect or deterioration after initial use or sale.
