Before Lessee commences exploration, drilling, or mining operations on the Leased Premises, it shall have obtained such permits and posted such bonds as may be required under applicable provisions of the Utah Mined Land Reclamation Act and associated regulations. Lessee shall maintain any required permits in place for the duration of mining operations and reclamation. Upon request, Lessee shall provide Lessor with a copy of all regulatory filings relating to permitting matters.
