Permitted Parties. The entry permission herein shall extend only to Lessee, its volunteers, members and guests involved in the Activities and they shall collectively be described herein as "Lessee." The Lessee may invite a guest to participate in the Activities, provided that Lessee's insurance required herein extends to liabilities resulting from the involvement of such guests in the Activities, and in all such Activities, Lessee shall be responsible for: (A) the acts or omissions of such guests; (B) supervision of guests and their compliance with the terms of this Lease; and (C) providing for guests' safety; to the same extent as Lessee's members.
Permitted Parties. Owner hereby gives its permission to City and its authorized agents and representatives (collectively, the “Entrants”) to enter the Property for the sole purpose of completing and overseeing the completion of the Permitted Activities, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Consent of Third Parties If any provision of this Agreement is dependent on the consent of any third party and such consent is withheld, the Parties hereto shall use their reasonable best efforts to implement the applicable provisions of this Agreement to the fullest extent practicable. If any provision of this Agreement cannot be implemented due to the failure of such third party to consent, the Parties hereto shall negotiate in good faith to implement the provision in a mutually satisfactory manner.

  • Sub-Agents and Related Parties The Administrative Agent may perform any and all its duties and exercise its rights and powers by or through one or more sub-agents appointed by it. The Administrative Agent and any such sub-agent may perform any and all its duties and exercise its rights and powers through their respective Related Parties. The exculpatory provisions of the preceding Sections of this Article shall apply to any such sub-agent and to the Related Parties of the Administrative Agent and any such sub-agent, and shall apply to activities in connection with the syndication of the credit facilities provided for herein as well as activities as Administrative Agent.
