Common use of Permitted Assignment or Sublease Clause in Contracts

Permitted Assignment or Sublease. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in Paragraph 15, Tenant, so long as Tenant notifies Landlord in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to any such sublease or assignment and so long as Tenant provides Landlord with a fully executed copy of any such sublease or assignment, shall not be required to obtain Landlord’s consent to an assignment of the Lease or sublease of the Premises to an entity which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant or which succeeds to substantially all of Tenant’s assets and business by merger, reorganization or purchase.
