Permitted Access and Use. (a) Customer may register up to three (3) License Plates on a single Contract by accessing the Flex Pass Website (URL for the Flex Pass Website is found in the definitions below). Customer may only designate one License Plate per day as an Active License Plate pursuant to the Contract.

Permitted Access and Use. The User is permitted to access, view, or print text by chapter or section, search results, or other information from the Licensed Materials for the private use of the individual User. The User agrees to use this online access in a way that conforms with all applicable laws and regulations. The User specifically agrees not to make any attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other system or network. ASCE grants the User permission to reprint brief quotations from the content included in the Licensed Materials with the customary acknowledgment of the source. Unless expressly authorized in this Agreement or within the Licensed Materials, any other use of the Licensed Materials requires the written permission of the copyright holder.
Permitted Access and Use. The Customer may park a Listed Vehicle in the Parking Lot while an employee of a Company that is a Client within the ARTC. The Customer is responsible for updating the licence plate listed in this Contract. Failure to do so may result in the ticketing and/or the impounding of any vehicles that are parked in Parking Stalls and that are not Listed Vehicles at the Customer’s sole risk and expense. Initial here: The ARTC dash tag must be visibly displayed in plain and unobstructed view. If the Customer fails to display a valid dash tag while parked in at ARTC, the Customer’s Listed Vehicle may be ticketed and/or impounded at the Customer’s sole risk and expense. In the event that the dash tag is lost or misplaced, the Customer is required to purchase a new dash tag to display in their vehicle at the then current rate. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that a Listed Vehicle may be ticketed and/or impounded at the Customer’s sole risk and expense if:

Permitted Access and Use. (a) The Customer must use the Parking Lot for the sole purpose of parking a Listed Vehicle or Bicycle, and for no other purpose whatsoever. For clarity, the Customer must not use the Parking Lot or any Parking Stall for any commercial or recreational purposes.

  • Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.
