Common use of Permits Clause in Contracts

Permits. NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer shall cooperate with each other in good faith in obtaining all permits, licenses and authorizations that are necessary to accomplish the interconnection in compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations. With respect to this paragraph, Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide permitting assistance to the Developer comparable to that provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s own, or an Affiliate’s generation, if any.

With respect to this paragraph, Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide permitting assistance to the Transmission Developer comparable to that provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s own, or an Affiliate’s generation’s, generation or transmission facilities, if any.

NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer DeveloperInterconnection Customer shall cooperate with each other in good faith in obtaining all permits, licenses and authorizations that are necessary to accomplish the interconnection in compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations. With respect to this paragraph, Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide permitting assistance to the Developer DeveloperInterconnection Customer comparable to that provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s own, or an Affiliate’s generation, if any.
