PERMITS, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS. Customer agrees and understands that it is customer’s responsibility to abide by all Federal, State and local regulations pertaining to the installation and operation of the equipment. Customer agrees to secure at his own expense all licenses and permits required by law or ordinance. Customer agrees and understands that changes in rules and policies by agencies or persons other than Company that affect the operation or use of Customer’s equipment and of the station are not the Company’s responsibility. Customer hereby represents that he has obtained the necessary licenses and permits required to use said equipment, or that he will obtain said licenses and permits prior to any such use. In addition, Customer agrees to provide Company with a copy of its FCC license, license application, FCC assignment of authorization, U.S. Forest Service permits and any other documents required for the use of said equipment within 30 days of the starting date of this agreement.

PERMITS, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS. Permits and licenses of a temporary nature necessary for the prosecution of the Work shall be obtained and paid for by the Contractor. The Owner shall assist the Contractor in obtaining such permits and licenses. Permits, licenses and easements for permanent structures or permanent changes in existing facilities shall be secured and paid for the Owner. The Contractor shall give all notices and comply with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations bearing on the performance of the Work. If the Contractor observes that drawings, specifications or other Contract documents are at variance with such laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, the Owner shall promptly be notified and, if necessary, an adjustment made to the Contract time or Contract price.
PERMITS, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS. Modus represents that has obtained all necessary federal authorizations and approvals to install Sensor Equipment. Modus agrees and understands that it is Modus’ responsibility to abide by all federal, state, and local rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of Sensor Equipment including without limitations, those pertaining to the installation, maintenance, height, location, use, operation, and removal of its equipment, sensor systems, and other alterations or improvements authorized herein. Modus thereby represents that Modus has obtained the necessary licenses and permits required to use said Site, or that Modus will obtain said licenses or permits at Modus’ own expense, prior to any such use.

Permits, licenses, and easements of a permanent nature that will be required after the completion of the project will be secured and paid for by the Owner, unless otherwise specified. If the Contractor observes that the Drawings and Specifications are at variance therewith, Contractor shall promptly notify the Engineer/Architect in writing, and any necessary changes shall be adjusted as provided in the Contract for changes in the work.

In such an occasion, the Contractual worker will be paid its genuine expenses for the part of the work performed to the date of end, and for the majority of Temporary worker's caused expenses of end, including retirement and any end charges by merchants and subcontractors, in addition to 20% of the majority of Temporary worker's real and acquired expenses for overhead and benefit.

PERMITS, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS. At all times during the continuance of this Order, Seller shall have in effect all licenses, permits, approvals, and authorizations that are legally necessary or commercially advisable to its performance hereunder. If a party is provided notice, correspondence, subpoena, or other contact that a governmental investigation has been initiated related to this Order, the party shall immediately notify the other party in writing of the investigation or inquiry. The parties agree to assist one another in responding to or defending against any governmental inquiry into the parties’ compliance with the applicable laws.
PERMITS, LICENSES AND REGULATIONS. TPWD agrees and understands that it is TPWD’s responsibility to abide by all federal, state, and local rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of the Site and of TPWD’s equipment, including without limitations, those pertaining to the installation, maintenance, height, location, use, operation, and removal of its equipment, antenna systems, and other alterations or improvements authorized herein. TPWD thereby represents that TPWD has obtained the necessary licenses and permits required to use said Site, or that TPWD will obtain said licenses or permits at TPWD’s own expense, prior to any such use. Nueces County will provide TPWD a copy of the Antenna Structure Registration as provided to the Nueces County by the FCC.
