Permit necessary. No individual represent- ing any school shall secure enrollment of students in this state for a consideration or remuneration, except upon the actual business premises of the school, unless he or she first secures a permit. If the individual represents more than one school, a separate permit shall be obtained for each school. A permit shall be valid for one year from the date issued. History: Cr. If an External Appeal Agent certified by the State overturns Our denial, however, We will Cover the service, procedure, treatment, test or device for which coverage has been denied, to the extent that such service, procedure, treatment, test or device, is otherwise Covered under the terms of this Contract.

  • No Change Necessary The form of this Warrant need not be changed because of any adjustment in the Warrant Price or in the number of shares of Warrant Stock issuable upon its exercise.
