PERMIT MANAGEMENT. Attainment of permits from all jurisdictions with authority over the project, including but not limited to the City, Maricopa County, Maricopa County Flood Control District, Arizona Department of Transportation, State Historic Preservation Office and the US Army Corp of Engineers.
PERMIT MANAGEMENT. The Mandatary shall ensure that work for which the issuing of permit to work is required shall not be performed prior to the obtaining of a duty completed approved permit by the Client or relevant Authority. In the context of the Client, the following activities are regarded as high risk activities and a permit to work shall be obtained prior to starting with the activities at any site: Cold Works Permit Hot Work Permit Confined Space Entry Permit Work At Heights Permit TRANSPORTATION The Mandatary shall ensure that all road vehicles used on the sites are in a roadworthy condition and are licensed and insured. All drivers shall have relevant and valid driving licenses and vehicle shall carry passengers unless it is specifically designed to do so. All drivers shall adhere to the speed limits and road signs on the premises at all times. No employees on premises permitted in back of LDV (bakkie) and in front of LDV each driver and passenger must have a separate seat belt. In the event that any hazardous substances are to be transported on the premises, the Mandatary shall ensure that the requirements of the Hazardous Substances Act 15 of 1973 are complied with fully all times.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.
