Permit Assistance. Prepare project information submissions, including permit applications and review comments, to the following agencies:  Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM)  Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) All plan review and permitting fees will be paid by the City. Deliverables associated with this task include preparing and submitting permit applications to IDEM and INDR and responding to comments until approval is received.
Permit Assistance. Section 7.(a.) of the Waiver Agreement shall be amended to delete all but the last sentence.
Permit Assistance. Contractor will reasonably assist and support Owners’ efforts to obtain Owners Permits, or to otherwise satisfy the conditions thereof. Permit Assistance. Subject to rules and regulations which may be changed, developed or amended from time to time, the EFSD may assist the City in the procurement of all permits, guarantees, warranties, easements, licenses, and other similar approvals and consents necessary to construct the System Improvements. The Parties agree to fully cooperate and use good faith efforts to secure all necessary permits required by the state of Michigan, including but not limited to the Department of Energy, Great Lakes, and the Environment (“EGLE”).

  • Technical Assistance The State agrees to provide technical assistance regarding the State’s rules, regulations and policies to the Sub- Recipient and to assist in the correction of problem areas identified by the State’s monitoring activities.

  • Transition Assistance If this Contract is not renewed at the end of this term, if the Contract is otherwise terminated before project completion, or if particular work on a project is terminated for any reason, Contractor shall provide transition assistance for a reasonable, mutually agreed period of time after the expiration or termination of this Contract or particular work under this Contract. The purpose of this assistance is to allow for the expired or terminated portion of the services to continue without interruption or adverse effect, and to facilitate the orderly transfer of such services to State or its designees. The parties agree that such transition assistance is governed by the terms and conditions of this Contract, except for those terms or conditions that do not reasonably apply to such transition assistance. State shall pay Contractor for any resources utilized in performing such transition assistance at the most current Contract rates. If State terminates a project or this Contract for cause, then State may offset the cost of paying Contractor for the additional resources Contractor utilized in providing transition assistance with any damages State may have sustained as a result of Contractor’s breach.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Momentum's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller-optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff and shall be subject to the wholesale discount, to one of the provided listings.

  • Mutual Assistance Each party shall assist the other in complying with all applicable requirements of the Data Protection Legislation. In particular, each party shall:
