Permit Assistance. Owner will provide Optionee assistance sign land use applications, attending meetings or hearings, and transfer/assign approvals or permits to Optionee obtained prior to Closing.
Permit Assistance. Prepare project information submissions, including permit applications and review comments, to the following agencies: Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) Indiana Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) All plan review and permitting fees will be paid by the City. Deliverables associated with this task include preparing and submitting permit applications to IDEM and INDR and responding to comments until approval is received.

Permit Assistance. Contractor will reasonably assist and support Owners’ efforts to obtain Owners Permits, or to otherwise satisfy the conditions thereof. By way of example, such assistance includes providing customary information and documentation and Design data. Contractor shall provide all drawings, documents and other information, stamped as appropriate, that are necessary for Owners to properly and timely complete and defend all Permit-related hearings and actions.
Permit Assistance. The ENGINEER shall assist the OWNER in obtaining the necessary Local, State and Federal permits to allow for the construction of the project. This assistance may include one or more of the following:

Consultant shall be responsible for identification of permits required for the Project, preparation of the support documentation needed for the permitting process and coordination with the permitting agencies involved except support documents for those permits specifically required to be obtained by the construction contractor. In addition, the Consultant will assist the City in procuring any permits necessary to execute the Project on an as needed basis. Permits anticipated include, but are not limited to building, fire protection, Digester/DAFT Project Exhibit A Scope of Services September 4, 2013 A-8 air quality, storm water management, and geotechnical investigation boreholes. All permit application fees will be paid by the City.

Permit Assistance. Subject to rules and regulations which may be changed, developed or amended from time to time, the EFSD may assist the City in the procurement of all permits, guarantees, warranties, easements, licenses, and other similar approvals and consents necessary to construct the System Improvements. The Parties agree to fully cooperate and use good faith efforts to secure all necessary permits required by the state of Michigan, including but not limited to the Department of Energy, Great Lakes, and the Environment (“EGLE”).
