Common use of Permission to Use Clause in Contracts

Permission to Use. The District hereby gives User permission to use the following portions of the School during the Time Period and Event listed above. The Event may take place only in the (the Event Space). The license provided for under this Agreement shall not constitute a tenancy of any kind; this agreement is not a lease. The license is personal to the User and may not be assigned by User in whole or in part. The User acknowledges that the District reserves the right to terminate the license at any time, with or without cause, in the sole discretion of the District.
