Permanent Supportive Housing. The Project shall provide [ ] units complying with Permanent Supportive Housing requirements under the QAP for the term provided therein. With respect to such units, Owner has executed and delivered a Permanent Supportive Housing Set-Aside Agreement acceptable to OCD and will accept renewals of such agreements on the same or otherwise mutually agreeable terms.

Permanent Supportive Housing. For the purpose of this ITN, housing paired with community-based services with onsite case management and/or service coordination to assist Persons with Special Needs or Homeless households achieve housing stability that allows an indefinite length of stay as long as the tenant complies with lease requirements and has a lease with a minimum of seven months with no requirements related to the provision of or participation in supportive services. Permanent Supportive Housing shall facilitate and promote activities of daily living, access to community-based services, and inclusion in the general community. It is possible that Permanent Supportive Housing units may be embedded in a broader Affordable Housing property.
Permanent Supportive Housing. “Permanent Supportive Housing” means permanent housing with supportive services to assist People Experiencing Homelessness who have a disability to live independently. Supportive services are designed to meet the needs of participants and must be offered for the entire duration of program participation. Permanent Supportive Housing may be single site, scattered site, or clustered, and can be integrated with affordable or market-rate units. Housing assistance can be project-based (tied to a unit) or tenant-based (tenant must secure a unit in the market).

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate.   • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.
