Permanent Part. time Employee - shall mean employee is anyone who works less than forty hours per week in a person who fills a permanent (not temporary or substitute) position created as assigned by the Employer Employer. Part-time employees working twenty or more hours per week are eligible for an indefinite period half-time benefits of time sick days, holidays, personal leave, and regularly works twenty-four (24) hours or less per weekvacation.

Permanent Part. time Time Employee - shall mean means a person who fills a position created by the Employer for an indefinite period of time employed continuously and regularly works one (1) or more hours but fewer than twenty-four one (2421) hours or less per week. Part-time employees will be covered on a prorated basis under the terms of this agreement for all entitlements they qualify for. Part-time shall be paid a benefits allowance as specified in Article 19.
