Permanent Part. Time Employees Permanent part-time employees shall continue to receive all benefits described herein including seniority rights, wage and benefit packages, access to grievance machinery, and all other sundry provisions to the extent applicable under existing rules and regulations. Employees hereunder shall receive pro rata personal leave, based on the ratio of the employee's work schedule to the standard work week as averaged over the preceding two (2) months. (Example: an employee who averages 25 hours per week in the two months prior to the crediting will receive credit for 25/40 of the personal leave, or in this example - 15 hours).
