Common use of Permanent Injunction Clause in Contracts

Permanent Injunction. This Agreement shall be terminated upon the entry of a permanent order by a governmental entity having jurisdiction over Buyer, Seller or any of their respective Subsidiaries, affiliates or assets, enjoining or restraining the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
