Common use of Permanent Disability Clause in Contracts

Permanent Disability. If Executive is unable to engage in the activities required by Executive's job by reason of any medically determined physical or mental impairment which has lasted or can be expected to last for continuous period of not less than six (6) consecutive months ("Permanent Disability"), the Company or Executive may terminate Executive's employment on written notice thereof, and Executive shall receive or commence receiving, as soon as practicable:
